Shipping Policy

At Mutely, we aim to deliver your order safely and within a reasonable timeframe. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
  • During sales, launches, or peak order periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–7 working days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–10 working days
  • Remote locations: 5–12 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below this amount may include a flat shipping fee, which will be visible at checkout.

At the moment, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India. (subject to courier serviceability in certain locations.)
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post, depending on the delivery location.

6. Address Details

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If you need to update your address or phone number, write to us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@mutely.in 

Once shipped, address changes may not be possible. The company is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@mutely.inbefore it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible.

8. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may sometimes occur due to factors such as:

  • Courier service delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festive periods
  • Operational disruptions

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner attempts delivery twice but is unable to reach the customer, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:
• Our team will contact you to arrange redelivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order
