Exchange/Return, & Refund Policy

At Mutely, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
  • If a wrong size or wrong product is delivered, it is eligible for exchange with the desired size or product (subject to availability) or return.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the product passes our quality check upon return.

Exchange requests may not be processed if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions To know more, please read our ‘’Product Eligibility Conditions’’ policy before initiating a request.

Kindly refer to the size chart before purchasing.

2. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We do not accept returns currently, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size or wrong product
  • You received a defective product (Read our Damage/Defective Products and Tampered Packaging policy.)

    In such cases:
  • We will require clear photos or a video of the product.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our Customer Experience Team will review the request.
  • Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • The review process is typically completed within 48 hours of the request being raised by the customer.

Apart from the above reasons, for any product-related concerns, please write to us at support@mutely.in. and our team will review your request.

Please Note

  • Minor differences in texture, weave, or colour may occur due to the nature of the fabric and are not considered defects.
  • Product colours shown on the website may vary slightly from the actual product due to different screen displays and digital viewing experiences.

3. Product Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags must be intact. The item must not show signs of wear, stains, fragrance, or alteration.

If tags are removed or missing, the request may not be approved.

4. Damage / Defective Products and Tampered Packaging

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required for verification.
  • Claims raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Tampered or Damaged Packaging

If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is required to reject the delivery. This is the recommended action we expect from customers in such situations.

If the delivery has still been accepted, customers must provide:

  • An unpacking video, or
  • Clear images of the packaging before and after opening, within 24–48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

In case of a valid exchange or return, we will coordinate a return pickup wherever possible.

If the pickup location is not serviceable by our courier partners, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Further instructions will be shared once the request is approved.
